Free Shipping Offer

We’re pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $49.


Worldwide Shipping Coverage

We ship to most countries around the world, with a few exceptions due to local restrictions. If you’re unsure whether we can ship to your location, please email us at hi@peelem.com.


Processing & Delivery Times

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays)

  • Standard processing time: 1–2 business days

  • During high-volume periods, processing may extend up to 5 business days

  • You’ll receive a notification email once your order has shipped

Estimated Delivery Times

  • USA & Canada: 4–12 business days

  • Europe & UK: 4–12 business days

  • Australia, NZ & Oceania: 4–12 business days

  • Latin America: 9–26 business days

  • Other countries: 8–19 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on:

Shipping Location & Fulfillment

To reduce delivery times and shipping costs, we may fulfill your order from multiple warehouse locations depending on your region.


Customs & Import Duties

  • International orders may incur customs fees or import duties

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer

  • Charges are set by your country’s customs office — please check local policies before ordering


Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout

  • We cannot change addresses after an order is placed

  • Peelem Beauty is not responsible for lost or delayed orders due to incorrect address information

  • If an address error is on our end, we’ll send a replacement at no cost


Lost or Stolen Packages

Lost Packages

  • A package is considered lost if tracking shows no movement for 20+ days

  • Contact hi@peelem.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date to request a replacement

Delivered but Missing Packages
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your order:

  1. Check with neighbors and around your delivery area

  2. Allow 1–2 business days in case of a delayed handoff

  3. File a claim with your local post office

  4. Email us at hi@peelem.com with your claim details for further help
