At Peelem Beauty, we want you to love your purchase. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned, which is why we’ve created a fair and straightforward return policy.


30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the day the product was delivered to initiate a return. Here’s what you need to know:

Return Requirements:

  • Item must be in original condition

  • Unused and in original packaging

  • Valid proof of purchase

  • Items must not be soiled, altered, or damaged


How to Start Your Return

  1. Email us at hi@peelem.com with:

    • Your order number

    • The item(s) you wish to return

    • Reason for return

  2. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

  3. Once approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label.

  4. Package your return securely using the original packaging.


Refund Process

Once we receive your return:

  • Quality check completed within 48 hours

  • Refund processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days

  • Bank processing time: 5–10 additional business days

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is issued

Refund Includes:

  • Full product price

  • Return shipping (only if return is due to our error)

  • Original shipping (only if return is due to our error)


Damaged or Incorrect Items

We’re here to make things right:

  • Inspect all items immediately upon delivery

  • Report issues within 48 hours by emailing hi@peelem.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Description of the issue

    • Clear photos of the product/damage

We’ll expedite a replacement or issue a full refund.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Used items

  • Items marked as "Final Sale"

  • Personal care products that have been opened or used
